What's the big deal?

Like everything important, the virtues of NoMoreMarkup are best expressed in a top 10 list. Here it is.

1. Saves you Money: As the name implies, through this website you will be done paying insane markup on your textbooks.
2. No Middle Man: I don't touch your money or your books. You do the transaction on your own: meaning that nobody's there to take a commission.
3. Local: If you wanted to mail your books across the country, you'd do it on eBay. NoMoreMarkup hooks you up with people at Butler who have the books you want or want the books you have.
4. Anonymous: Unlike any Facebook group or classified ads service, Nobody gets any information about you (except the books you want to sell, of course) until you choose to disclose that information

6. Simple: NoMoreMarkup is richly automated using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP, making sure that posting and requesting books is as simple and intuitive as possible. (i.e. I'm a nerd.)
7. Search, don't sift: Instead of sifting through posts and threads like any of the alternatives, just search for your book, and if a copy is for sale, it'll show up right in front of you.
8. Uncluttered: Old books that have been sold get automatically deleted from the site, so you don't have to browse through books that were sold months ago.

10. No Fine Print:* There's nothing you have to buy to get in, no information of yours that I give out. For the curious, this website, like many on the web, is funded solely by revenue from advertisements.
